Request data deletion
What deletion covers
Most of your data — your photos and tracing history — lives only on your device, and deleting the app removes it. A deletion request removes everything we hold on our servers:
- AI Studio prompts, AI-edited photos, and generated images
- Your account (Google sign-in details) and remaining AI credits
- Purchase records (except those we must keep for accounting)
- Feedback messages you sent from the app
- Analytics identifiers linked to your device
How to request it
By email
Email us from the address linked to your account, or include your account email in the message.
Send deletion request
What happens next
We confirm your request by email and complete the deletion within 30 days. Deletion is permanent — generated images and remaining credits cannot be recovered. See the Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and why.
